"Attentive staff and beautiful spa, pool and rooms."

"Great spacious room, very clean and extremely comfortable bed. Reception staff weren’t the friendliest though."

"I have been to Chicago many times, but this is the first time at the Hyatt Regency. From the staff to the amenities it was outstanding!!! Highly recommend staying here if you are planning on coming to this wonderful city!"
