The Space:
✦ The generous space and brightness of this apartment make it all the more pleasant to be in. The apartment is nicely renovated and decorated tastefully, resonating a sense of belonging and comfort to all who stay there.
✦ The two floors allow for privacy within the apartment, and the bedrooms. There is a beautiful living space on the first floor, and a fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances. This includes a dishwasher which simplifies cleaning up after having a beautiful meal.
✦ The modern dining table can comfortably accommodate 4 people and will be perfect for your meals!
In addition and all the essentials for cooking are provided as spices, oils, sauces, coffee, etc
✦ You have access to the large terrace on the second floor, which is shared with the other tenants.
✦ This is extremely popular in the summertime due to its size and the amount of sun it gets.
✦ There are two beautiful, spacious, and comfortable rooms, each with a queen-sized bed, and a comfortable mattress that will allow you to rest after a long day!

✦ The location of the apartment is perfect because you are right on Ontario Street, close to all the local shops, bakeries, butcheries, cheese shops, fruit shops, and more...
✦ If you are looking to do some cooking, I advise you to go visit the "Boucherie des Faubourgs", "La Fromagerie Atwater" and "La Boulangerie Pain et Tartine", which can be found right next to one another.
✦ You also have many well-known restaurants like;
- "Poutineville", you should go and try their poutine, and then come and tell me about it!
- "Grenade", a cocktail bar. The food is excellent and above all it is just beautiful, mark my words this place is worth the detour!
- "Macbar et cheese" is known for its delicious Mac&cheese!
✦ One of the best parts of the location of this apartment is that it is only 5 minutes away from Lafontaine Park. It is very similar to Montreals Central Park, there is a gathering place where many Montrealers and tourists come to relax in the grass, drink a beer and snack with friends or family, or people can even play volleyball, tennis, petanque and so more!
✦ The central localization of the apartment allows you to be close to the Village, 10 minutes from the Beaudry metro, and 20 minutes from Mont-Royal Street, crossing through the park! You can access anything you want on foot or bike, no car necessary!
Getting Around:
✧ Getting around the city is really simple, there are Bixi stands located all around the apartment, as well as bus stops that will bring you anywhere in the city you need to go. The two closest metro stations are Beaudry metro station, on the green line, and Sherbrooke metro station on the orange line.

*DOGS*
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our authorization. You must notify us in advance and show us official documentation if you have a service dog. We will take a $500 penalty if any of these rules are not respected.
Additional fees: $100 per stay.
Conditions:
- You must have at least 1 positive comment from previous experiences;
- Your dog must be over 1 year old and weigh less than 40 lbs;
- Your dog must be "clean": dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Should you find it impossible to prevent your dog from climbing onto beds or furniture, we encourage you to
bring your own bedding (blankets for beds and sofas) during your stay. This will help to prevent or minimize the cost of any additional cleaning charges.
- Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbours and must be on a leash at all times when in the common areas.
- You must pick up after their dog at all times and keep the unit clean.
*OTHER PETS*
Cats and other pets are NOT ALLOWED.
*As the apartment is on two floors, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.*
*We do not have parking but it is easy to park in the street (for a fee), or in the adjacent streets some spaces are free but beware of the signs because there are some times where the city does cleanings and you will not be able to park during this time, but it would be indicated on the signs.*
Pets: Please note that we only accept dogs, with a maximum of 2 per reservation. They must be added to the reservation in advance, as a pet fee applies. If a pet is brought without being declared on the reservation, an automatic penalty of $300 per animal will be charged.
Guests: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the chalet and its facilities. No additional visitors are allowed unless they have been declared and have paid the daily guest fee (price per person / per day).
