From the large terrace to the inviting communal spaces, or to the super comfortable mattress, you will find that this house suits all of your traveling needs! This unit has been fitted with "Bois-Franc" flooring and a genuine Montreal charming home. It can accommodate up to 14 guests.

• The property will be cleaned before your arrival. Daily or periodic cleaning during your stay is not provided unless specifically arranged in advance for an additional fee.

3. Smoking:
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas, if available.

• Small pets only are allowed. Please notify us in advance and adhere to our pet policy.

5. Quiet Hours:
• Respect quiet hours between 09:00 PM and 09:00 AM. Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum.

6. Maximum Occupancy:
• The maximum number of guests is limited to 10. Additional guests may only stay with prior approval and may be subject to an additional fee.

7. Parties and Events:
• Parties and events are not allowed without prior approval. Any unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

8. Security and Valuables:
• Please secure all valuables during your stay. The host is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

9. Damages:
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property or its contents during their stay. Please report any damages immediately.

10. Amenities:
• Please use all amenities provided responsibly. Any damage to amenities may result in charges for repairs or replacements.

11. Key and Access:
• Lost keys or access cards will incur a replacement charge fee of at least $250. Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked and closed when you leave the property.

12. Parking:
• Parking is provided for 1 small car in the back. Many parking available on street. EV charging available across the street of the property.

13. Emergency Procedures:
• Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures provided in the house manual. In case of an emergency, call 911.

14. Compliance with Laws:
• Guests must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their stay.

The house was big enough to host 10 people, it was clean, check-in was easy and David replied really fast. I would probably go back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect size for our 2 families (4 adults and 4 teenagers), especially the kitchen area. Enough bedrooms to split everybody and everybody was comfortable. Location was great, close to Metro store, Jean Coutu and the subway (we love Montreal subway so easy to navigate), and close to, apparently, a very popular Smoked Salmon store (and we tried it). As expected, the challenging part was finding a parking spot (but nothing new when we need to park in Montreal), reading all the signs and coming at night. Good thing the house had one parking spot. We definitely recommend the place.

The property was in a good location~close to the metro which was a great way to get to Old Montreal. The weather was perfect luckily because we did a lot of walking. The property could use some TLC outside, but was very clean inside. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for 6 adults. I have contacted the management with a few items that need their attention in hopes to have them address for future renters.

Our family loved the trip to Montreal! David made sure check in was flawless and that we had everything we needed. The house was located with simple access to all the touristy sights. Would recommend this home for others and hope we can stay again someday!

We were a group of ten, 2 families with children ranging in age from 13-23. The house was spotless, plenty of space for our group to spread out, and the bedrooms worked out perfectly for what we needed. The location felt safe and quiet, yet in easy proximity to restaurant's, convenience stores, and cafes. We accessed sightseeing activities downtown and in Old Montreal easily. I would stay again! Great place!
