  • Relax in this renovated 1BR lakefront condo featuring marble countertops and travertine floors. Enjoy peaceful sunrise views from your private balcony overlooking the pool and lake. Amenities include a private boat dock, elevator, and parking. You’re steps from the Yacht Club and just minutes from Walden Golf Course, Sam Houston National Forest, and Historic Downtown Montgomery.

    Whether you're here for a relaxing retreat, golf trip, or outdoor adventure, this condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and location.

    The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, flatware, glasses, toaster, and of course a coffee maker. An electric grill on the balcony provides everything you need to prepare meals at home if desired. Walmart and Kroger are both within 6 miles.

    Fresh linens and extra pillows are provided for both beds, and ceiling fans throughout the unit offer a comfortable breeze.

    The upgraded bathroom is fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, and a hair dryer. An iron and ironing board are also available.

    Enjoy two modern Smart TVs compatible with your favorite streaming services, along with ultra-high-speed Wi-Fi.

    A coin-operated washer and dryer are located in the utility room next door.

    Pets and smoking are not permitted.

Wonderful location with views of the lake from the patio. Exceptionally clean and well maintained with a super comfortable bed and lovely decor and finishes throughout. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a quick getaway.

Such a perfect place to stay. It looks exactly like the pictures and had just enough space for a weekend getaway. The host was very helpful and responsive to questions and information.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!” Just wish the people above the unit were more considerate of their noise level.
