"Clean room. Lovely front staff and cleaning staff. The room was good and it felt spacious. The room was very humid. So they put a dehumidifier there. It was a bit noisy and the tank had to be empty three times in 2 days. Thats probably the only problem. Also toothbrush and toothpaste had to be purchased. That felt a bit unnecessary "

"Absolutely horrendous beddings, bathroom, and air conditioning. For a 5 stars hotel I expect a whole lot better. I literally have to book another hotel in the middle of my first night here because I couldn't sleep on this god awful mattress. They also gave me a twin bed too when I specifically asked for a king bed. Staff unwilling to compromise or even consider a partial refund. Well, that's cool, ur just losing my business from now on. "This hotel is an oasis of style, quiet and comfort in the Kowloon area. Within a 5 minute walk of the A21/ A22 bus to the airport and in the midst of a bustling area full of food/ shopping etc. The room was absoluteky beautiful with a comfy bed, great temp control, and an original bathroom/ shower/ toilet room setup- areas could be separated out and there was a large sliding door to isolate the sleeping area from the bathroom area. Really calming, lovely decor as well in room and in restaurant...
