  • ¡Bienvenido a Springville! Tu hogar lejos de casa. Springville es una villa de lujo con todo el personal situada en Montego Bay, a solo 20 minutos del aeropuerto.

    Ubicado en 3. 5 acres de hermosos jardines, esta casa de 4 dormitorios y 4. 5 baños es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de la tranquilidad del Caribe. La villa cuenta con una gran cantidad de espacio al aire libre, relájese en la terraza donde podrá disfrutar de amplias vistas al mar y una piscina infinita.

    Nuestro personal de 5 personas atenderá todas sus necesidades:

    Su cama y baño serán atendidos todos los días por el ama de llaves.

    La piscina y los terrenos serán atendidos por los Jardineros.

    El mayordomo le servirá todas las bebidas, aperitivos y comidas.

    Springville cuenta con un chef a tiempo completo para cocinar todas las comidas. No hay costo adicional para el personal. Si la Parte de Alquiler decide pre-abastecer la villa con alimentos y comestibles, reembolsará al Chef o al Gerente de la Villa en efectivo el día después de la llegada. Esto también incluirá $ 30 para reembolsar al Chef por el transporte hacia y desde la tienda.
    La Parte de alquiler entiende que son responsables de comprar (o reembolsar al Chef si se envía al Chef a comprar) cualquier alimento / bebida / comestibles para las comidas en la villa. El grupo de alquiler debe presupuestar alrededor de $ 50 por día por adulto (para 3 comidas) si planea tener sus comidas en la villa.

My family has stayed at a few vacation villas in the past, but this villa was TOP TIER! The house was beautiful. Every room was perfectly designed and decorated. The grounds were well maintained. The views are unmatched. The staff was amazing. Chef Vincent can COOK! We can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you Joe for extending your home to the public, truly restorative!

Excellent Property & Vacation

Excellent property, spacious, comfortable outdoor space inside and outside of the elements. We were able to sit comfortably outside while it was raining under the covered patio. Great hospitality, Jackie and the team were absolutely great! Overall a wonderful property for a family or small group vacation.

Amazing Time at Springville

We were a group of 12 with 8 adults and 4 children between 12 and 6 years old. The kids had an amazing time in the pool. The food was amazing and the staff felt like family. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Amazing time in Jamaica

Our family had an amazing time in Jamaica because of the amazing staff at Springville. Ginger, Trevor, and the rest of the staff were great and made our stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at this property. We will definitely be back.

Amazing place!

We had such a great stay at Springville for a photography retreat. The grounds were beautiful and the view was incredible. All the staff, especially Ginger, were fantastic. We ate all our meals at the villa and the food was great. We'd be happy to recommend Springville to anyone visiting Montego Bay!

Would rate this trip 10 stars if I could! Springville Villa was fabulous in every way. Somehow the house and view is even more gorgeous than the photos. Working with Joe to plan the trip was so easy as he is extremely responsive and answered all our questions. The crew at the villa was amazing and took such great care of us. Davian was so thoughtful and attentive, especially to the little kids coming up with fun treats for them. Vincent cooked the most delicious meals morning, noon and night. We were eating so well - still dreaming about the jerk chicken. And Felicia kept the house absolutely spotless, even helping out with our laundry. I truly felt like we were staying at a luxury resort the entire time but with the added benefit of total privacy. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Jamaica!

Perfection!

This was our second time staying at Springville. It remains our family’s favorite vacation spot! The house, view and grounds are beautiful but the staff are who make the experience extra special! Highly recommend it for families and couples. The owner is extremely reaponsive and accommodating. Can’t wait to visit again!!

Amazing Experience

Ginger and Vincent was the most amazing host I have ever worked with. The villa was beyond exceptional and everything was just gorgeous. The view was impeccable and I honestly wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. Everything was clean, nice, and safe and also the maid make sure she kept our area clean at all times. I would recommend this villa to any guest and we definitely will be staying here again.

Wonderful Family Trip

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully appointed property. Although we arrived later in the evening, we were still greeted by the staff with rum punch and smiles. The entire staff was so welcoming and accommodating, and made us feel at home. The property manager was also very responsive to all our inquiries and made sure we had everything we needed. The property itself was well maintained and beautifully decorated with ample space for my family of 5. I would highly recommend!

Springville is beautiful the photos and property match the photos and listing. We enjoyed our stay Ginger was super sweet and was able to accommodate our every need. I give this place a 4/5 due to the fact that we did not know the ground keeper was staying on the property with us. Besides that, we love everything !

Sunshine at Springville

I don’t know where to start? Springville was the perfect stay for our family. The accommodations were faultless and the staff extremely warm and welcoming. We were well taken care of throughout our stay. It’s located perfectly in Montego Bay for anything you might like to do off property. We found ourselves sad to leave when it was time to go. Can’t wait to return!

Great place to stay!

The property is beautiful, and the photos do not do it justice. Ginger was the best butler ever, and Vincent's food was delicious. Joe and Ginger were able to help me with a lot of moving parts including massages, transportation, and groceries. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely return to this villa.

Amazing 😍

My overall experience was just amazing, me and my friends enjoyed every minute of the stay. The whole staff party was so welcoming and friendly, The Chef was amazing and the delicious food was a hands down, the butler was awesome and amazing, the housekeeper was just wonderful and amazing. All the rooms were to perfection and spotless, can't forget about the driver Mr. Trevor, he was so easy going and friendly and very helpful. Hands down to the whole stay, nxt time I travel that way this is mostly definitely my first pick, you guys are the real MVP's! TY Mr. Joe

Outstanding vacation rental!

A person couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Jamaica. The home is incredibly clean thanks to Felicia. The food prepared on site was absolutely delicious. Vincent and Ginger make a wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner. We made a plan on meals early in our week and those fellas took it from there. Alwayne drove my family on a daily adventure. He gave us ideas of where to go and he was always with us. The home’s grounds are beautiful and safe. This is a must see location!

This may have been our best vacation ever. Things couldn't have been easier or nicer. From being greeted at the door with drinks to wonderful coffee ready for the early risers to meals that even picky eaters loved - this stay exceeded every expectation. The staff is wonderful and friendly and made every possible effort to make us feel welcome. The house is beautifully appointed but comfortable.The house is in great shape after the storm, but you can tell that the island was hit by one of the strongest storms in history. It is recovering, and the people are resilient, but please don't expect a perfect paradise surrounding you. Things will grow back, but it's going to take time and there are still things to be cleaned up. Even so, I cannot recommend this property highly enough. If you have the opportunity, you should stay here.

Amazing Experience!!!

The pictures and descriptions do not do the property justice!! The view is absolutely amazing and the rooms are huge! The staff will create a memorable experience!!! You get to enjoy authentic cuisine prepared by the chef and the butler Ginger is great! He decorated for my birthday and we had a fantastic dinner outside!!! 10 out of 5 stars!!! Amazing!!!!

Perfect escape

From start to finish, the experience was absolutely incredible.Joseph, the owner, was incredibly accommodating and helpful with all of our questions and requests. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable vacation. The staff at the villa were also exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.A special shout-out to Vincent, the chef, who was absolutely outstanding. He prepared delicious meals and expertly accommodated my wife's dietary needs. We were so impressed with his culinary skills and his willingness to cater to our specific requirements.Thank you, Joseph, Vincent, Jackie, Davien, and the entire team for making our vacation so special!
