The house offers several comfortable living areas, including a cosy sitting room with a games area and table nearby and a separate TV/games room with table football and indoor games for occasional rainy days. The rooms are spacious with
excellent cross-ventilation to keep the space cool in summer, and underfloor heating with pellet, solar, and gas support for winter warmth.
Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, plush cotton sheets, bath and pool towels, and independent air conditioning.

The nearby hilltop village of Montegiorgio (5 km) offers all the essentials: a bakery, a weekly Friday market, three excellent restaurants, and a wine bar serving Italian cicchetti. We particularly love that our house is large enough that no one feels on top of one another. Also the opportunity to bake our own pizza and bread in our own pizza oven.
