Overview
Villa Caporlese is located in Province of Terni, Umbria. This detached

Layout

An old farmhouse is situated in one of the greenest areas of Umbria and
only a few kilometres from the Tuscan border. The house has been
recently restored with much care taken to maintain the original
features and has been quite exclusively furnished with period pieces. A
well-cared-for garden surrounds the house with fruit and olive trees.
Broom and roses enclose the swimming pool that enjoys views over the
rolling hills. Only a few metres from the house there is an annexe. The
Main building, which is 200m2, can accommodate up to 6 people. The
ground floor includes a large equipped kitchen with a dining area and
access to the garden, utility room, ante-room, twin bedroom and
bathroom with a shower. The first floor includes a double bed bedroom,
a twin bedroom, a large lounge with a fireplace and outside access.
There is also a bathroom with a bath. The annexe is 40m2, can sleep up
to 2 people and it has a living room with a kitchenette, a double bed
bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

Living Room
The living room has a Satellite TV, ornamental fireplace, dining area,
comfortable sofas and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool
terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a granite work top, toaster, coffee maker, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

Villa Caporlese has 4 Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 has a double bed.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds.

Additional Information

The tax amount is set at 2 Euros per day per person up to 5
consequential nights . Children under 12 years of age are exempt from
this tax. This is paid upon arrival to the local agent.

The house heating is 40 Euros per day, payable directly to the owner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
