The apartment is right next to the castle and has access to a large terrace - spend your well-deserved time out here on our comfortable lounge furniture or at a barbecue with friends and family! LIVING ROOM

The apartment is stylish but also practically furnished. You will find a number of extras here that far exceed the standards of normal holiday apartments. The heart of the apartment is the cozy living room with adjoining dining area. A comfortable sofa bed offers enough space for large groups. You will also find a smart TV with a sound system and plenty of streaming options, as well as a Switch with a varied selection of games. Here you can relax in a beautiful ambience or argue over a multiplayer game. Real plants and great attention to detail make the apartment a lot more homely than other accommodations.

KITCHEN

In the well-equipped large kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. There is an oven, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, microwave, as well as an espresso and filter machine, electric milk frother and much more. Espresso and coffee are of course included. There is enough work space and storage space for things you bring with you. There are enough seating options inside and outside for a cozy get-together.

BEDROOM

There is a bedroom with a 180cm king-size bed and another with two 90cm single beds as bunk beds - with the pull-out sofa bed, up to 6 guests can stay here. High-quality toppers offer extra comfort and restful nights. With the open wardrobes you have enough storage space for your things. A mobile baby bed with mattress and cover is available if required. A well-equipped work space is also available here.

BATHROOM

The spacious bathroom has a bright and modern design with a large shower and a washing machine, which you are welcome to use if required. Here you will find everything you need: a hairdryer, towels, shower gel, hair shampoo and conditioner.

FAMILY

My apartments are family-friendly. Of course there is a high chair, baby bed and children's dishes. The sockets have a child safety lock and a CO2 alarm is installed. Of course there are also smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and first aid kits.

OUTDOOR AREA

The apartment has a terrace where you can relax with a cold drink after a busy day in Montabaur's old town or the surrounding area. Lounge furniture and seating groups offer enough space for large groups. A gas grill with accessories is also available.

There is a parking space directly in front of the house.
