Laundry machine in the suite is one of the main reason why we booked here. 10 to 12 minute walk to the main station. Lots to do around.

Great staff that was friendly and very helpful. Great location, just minutes away from the popular Shinjuku shops, restaurants, and arcades. The only downside was the bathroom smelled like mold and there was mold on the walls in the bathroom. It was a short stay and we told the staff, so hopefully they address it.
