Surrounded by a beautiful countryside area, with hills a natural landscapes, villa Tamariu is located less than 1 km from the beach it is the perfect place where to spend relaxing holidays in Costa Brava with the friends and the family.

This nice villa is developed on three floors, on the ground floor we have the garden, which hosts the swimming pool, a nice terrace with sunbeds for relaxing moments, a large covered loggia with the dining area with table and chairs, a barbecue where to prepare delicious meals and a lounge area, perfect for an aperitif after a beach day and a chat together.
Moving inside there is the big living room, with large glass sliding doors who let enter a lot of natural light, here there are cosy sofas, the flat TV, in the same ambient the dining area with table and chairs and the fully equipped kitchen, with a central island with highchairs and all the comfort for the guests,like the coffee maker, kettle, microwave and the dish washing machine.
At this floor we find also a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and the direct access to the external spaces.

Going on the first floor four more bedrooms, all have a double bed and three of them also the private bathroom with shower or bathtub. The rooms are very comfortable and enjoy the panoramic terrace from where to admire the landscapes and the marvellous sunsets, equipped with table and armchairs.

The lower floor features a large garage.

Rental rules
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
Safety fence around the pool, or fenced on demand
Pool has no swimming guard

The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
