"Everything was excellent except one staff member who spoke to me with arrogance throughout my stay. He is at the front desk and his name is Ramses or something similar. When I first checked in he spoke to me with an arrogant tone and I was met with the same tone upon checkout. I didn't appreciate his attitude. "Excellent bang for your buck! The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was delicious. The café upstairs had a great selection of drinks and shisha. More importantly, the staff was extremely hospitable! Shot out to Mahmoud who regularly sat with my family and I in the lobby to have tea and give us great recommendations around Cairo. This hotel experience really made our Egypt trip great. "

"We were very happy with our stay here. The room worked perfect for us as a family of 4 with less than 24hrs in Egypt and the location was great for proximity to the airport. The room looked like it was recently renovated. Only complaint was that the road outside the hotel was very noisy at night but it didn’t seem to disturb the kids (1 and 3yrs) so overall it was fine "

"I have been to great hotels all around the world but this one stands out. First, it is beautifully decorated and designed. Second, the service is better than any I have seen in 10 countries. The bed and pillows are the most comfortable gift at the end of a tiring day of sight seeing. The bathroom is elegant and beautiful. Even the toilet has a water jet. "The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful!!! Mariam at the front desk is the best!! So helpful so polite so friendly and made my stay excellent! Kitchen staff is great, all staff is willing to help at any time with a great attitude! The pools really nice and the breakfast has lots of options. The style of the hotel is a bit outdated, the gym has some options but not many, internet cut out sometimes but I think its a city issue, and uber/careem/taxis don’t like picking up jobs in the area...
