"Excellent facility, specious and comfy, the appliances were used and not very hygienic and in need of a deep clean.
Staff are very friendly, this was my 2nd year of coming to Farnborough and staying at HQ I will still book again next year. "

"The welcome food (fruit, cookies, etc.) was appreciated. The room was clean, but the dishwasher was not working properly and I couldn't use it properly. The bus stop was nearby, which was convenient for commuting. The manager's service was very good."

"It was just ok.
Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation.
In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. Dirty toilet, shower, all work surfaces covered in dust. It is a really small place so would...

"It's conveniently located with plenty of affordable dining options and markets nearby. It's a nice 30-minute stroll to the city center or to the Thames River. The 2 bedroom place itself was nicely remodeled. The city could do a better job maintaining the sidewalks."

"We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend, great location, spotlessly clean, loved the special little touches, tea, coffee, biscuits, cereal and even milk and cold water in the fridge. The kitchen was well equipped, extremely impressed, cooked meals and had everything I needed.
Communication was excellent and easily navigated entry and pre-booked parking space which was safe and secure.
