"Most of the staff were pleasant, some left a bit to be desired. The whole building needs a lot of tlc, windows are in need of maintenance and leaking walls and ceilings. Liked the lounge, stair carpet very worn. Has an interesting history. Just make sure you check your bill before leaving."
