  • Covepoint es el alquiler perfecto del lago. ¡Renovado y recién decorado en estilo "granero de cerámica" con muebles nuevos, pintura fresca y colchones cómodos de alta gama! La ubicación del lago es perfecta, con un lote plano para facilitar el acceso al lago, vistas excepcionales y una cala de natación perfecta. ¡El propietario mantiene meticulosamente la propiedad y agregó un segundo refrigerador esta temporada 2019! VER VIDEO Drone en fotos. El alquiler está limitado a 8 personas.

    Covepoint se encuentra lejos de la carretera en un lote plano con más de 240 pies de costa que envuelve tanto el canal principal como la tranquila cala de natación. Asar a la parrilla y cenar en la amplia terraza que envuelve la mitad de la casa con hermosas vistas del canal principal y la cala serena. Pase sus días en el muelle de aguas profundas descansando en un gran sofá seccional mientras disfruta de las mejores vistas del lago, el parque y la montaña, o nada o toma el sol desde el muelle. Completa tus días perfectos con una fogata alrededor de la hoguera o un juego de ping-pong.

    Alquileres semanales son de sábado a sábado. El horario de check-in es a las 3pm. Hora de salida es las 10am. Según las leyes de alquiler del condado de Bedford, la ocupación está limitada a 8 adultos y niños ilimitados de 2 años o menos. Envíe un correo electrónico al administrador de la propiedad para reservar la propiedad. Puede reservar con la función "Reservar" y pagar con tarjeta de crédito o cheque. A great house, lot and views were outstanding. House is well cared for and lived in, comfortable for a “real family” kind of vacation. Stephanie was extremely communicative and helpful with any small issue that popped up.

Such a fun place

Stephanie is a great host and this house is so perfect for a getaway with friends and family! It is comfortable, clean and well appointed with everything you could need. We will definitely reserve again!

Perfect As Usual

This was the second year staying here and it was just as consistent as the last! The property owner is on top of her game and is easy to get a hold of if need be. The house is always clean and ready to go. The location is perfect and such an easy walk down to the lake! Can't wait to go back next year!

Amazing lake home

Our family had an amazing stay at Covepoint! The home was beautifully decorated and provided all the comforts of home. There was space and activities for all ages to enjoy! The covered dock was amazing and where we spent most of our time relaxing while the kids used the water slide and swam in the lake. We will definitely be back!

Amazing

What a wonderful property with everything you could need to have a great time! Clean and spacious, with a great view and all around wonderful atmosphere for a family who needs an easy walk to the lake. "The hostess with the mostest" was available for easy communication throughout the entire stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this house!

The house was exactly as listed in the property details. Great location on the lake and the house was a perfect set up for a girls weekend trip at the lake! Steph was very responsive when we had questions for her. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Great property and perfect location!

This is a wonderful property with lots of extras that make it really special. Loved the basketball hoop in basement! The sunset from the nicely furnished dock is beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Fall Getaway

We had a fantastic weekend at Covepoint! We enjoyed the kayaks and relaxing on the dock most of the day. The kids loved the floating slide. House was perfect! Plenty of room, clean, great views! We would definitely stay there again if we come back to the area!

Functional property with a brilliant location

This house has a tremendous location in a quiet, open section of the lake not far from the State Park. Clean, modernized inside, and convenient to the nearby park and grocery store. There's abundant decking, seating inside and out, and a comfortable primary dock complete with kayaks and a wraparound couch. Great spot.

Perfect location and views

We have been visiting the lake for 10 years and have seen many houses. There aren't many with better dock views. The Host is great at communicating and their being nearby is helpful should any issue arise.

Week on the Lake

Wonderful week with my family. Super easy registration and checkout process. Communication with owner was seamless and quick. Docked my boat for the week and had easy access to some excellent fishing on SML. I can’t recommend Cove Point enough. We found home on SML.

A new family favorite!

This was our first time visiting SML - can't beat this home's location. On the water, spacious and very clean! The owner, Stephanie is very communicative and ensures you have all the essentials. We have rented many homes on VRBO - this is a new family favorite. We will be returning!

Great Lake Get Away

Awesome location on a beautiful lake. House was clean and a great set-up for 2 families. Everything was just as described. The owner was very responsive to questions we had before the trip. We were able to dock our boat rental and our college-aged kids loved kayaking and swimming in the cove. We had a great week!

Smith Mountain Lake Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property from 8/10-8/17. Stephanie was a terrific host and was easy to communicate with during the week. The house was terrific with plenty of space for all eight of us. The extra’s provided with the stay(kayaks, ping pong, house with everything one would need)were great. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and we look forward to another visit in the future.

Rainy vacation

We have stayed at this house before. It has always been enjoyable. It’s a very nice lot with a gentle slope to the water and the house is large enough to accommodate eight people easily. Unfortunately during this week we had 45 days of nonstop rain.
