"My stay at this charming boutique hotel was very nice. It has a convenient location, with restaurants and a bank ATM just a short walk away. There is also a swimming pool in the hotel. My room was clean, spacious and quiet. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond, arranging a late night supper, an early breakfast, and even a lunch box for my travels. They provide an airport transportation, too. Highly rec!"

"I love this hotel! It’s clean and super safe (they have a security guard at the gate). The staff is helpful and welcoming. They can help you find restaurants, get a a taxi, even just answer questions about Tanzanian culture. Most speak very good English. The owner is onsite almost everyday and really nice. They offer airport pickups, tours of the market and best of all, a personal chef who made some amazing meals for us. "I had wonderful stay for 3 weeks at Kibo Palace Apartments. The staff was wonderful and helpful. They were always available for questions, directions and recommendations. In addition, if I needed more towels or housecleaning they came that day. Zeno, the property manager was especially wonderful and I'm grateful for her and the ability to stay at the apartments during my stay in Arusha."

"Kibo Palace Apartments is exceptionally good value if you stay for at least a full week. The apartment was spacious and had everything needed. In a very busy shopping area downtown, close to the market, Khan's barbecue and Five Chutneys vegetarian Indian restaurant, so an excellent though very different experience overall. Cleaning by request, so not intrusive. Basic toiletries and towel."
