"Nice hotel and great staff. I only stayed 1 night. Dinner was fantastic and there is a nice bar on premises."

"The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was willing to accommodate our dietary restrictions without any issues. Juma went above and beyond to help with a vegan diet. The room was clean and the grounds/garden were beautiful. The hotel could use some upgrades, but they make up for that with their amazing staff!"

"My stay at Sanna Boutique Hotel in Arusha was a perfect blend of comfort and modern design. The room was impressively large, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully laid out. I loved the mix of tiled floors in the entry and bathroom with cozy carpet in the sleeping area. "Close to the Maasai Market so we could shop and send our merch home. We were within walking distance of the market and old clock tower. Staff was amazing and the food for bury breakfast and dinner was outstanding! "

"This review follows a separate booking issue we encountered. We had reserved five rooms, and upon arrival, we were asked to pay an additional US$10 per person for breakfast, despite the property listing stating that breakfast was included for all rooms. The next day, the hotel manager spoke with us directly, explained the miscommunication with Expedia, and offered a solution. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. "Staff was very friendly and efficient. They offered every service to make our stay comfortable. The AC of our room was broken, staff, make sure to give us a fan and also an alternate room. "

"Our stay was amazing. Lucie and staff made sure we were well looked after each night we stayed between our Safari and trek. Rooms are a great size, clean and comfortable. Food and service was amazing. The location is a little remote, but this is the appeal, quiet and the surroundings are perfect to sit back and relax. Thanks for a great stay!"
