"Staff at the hotel are very helpful and kind. It was raining during our stay and the staff were working tirelessly to keep the floors shinning and free of dirt tracked in from the street. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choices and the staff would serve you and make omelets or sunnyside-up, The area at night was quiet and it was easily accessible as it is in the town centre. The beds are comfortable and washrooms have enough towels, soap and shampoo. Tub also drains well. Only missing...

"The name Sheratton (with double t) confused me with well known quality hotel owned by Marriott. There is no quality in this hotel. I didn't feel like even taking a shower. The only bright spot was the breakfast. I ordered Spanish omelette, my wife had sunny side up egg, but instant coffee because their coffee machine was broken. I got the expression from the description that it is 3-star hotel. It shouldn't have more than 1 star."

The Beachmatt Supermarket is about a quarter of a mile away on Beach Road and the Breakthrough Chapel International is opposite the supermarket on Beach Road. "Nie wieder! Das einzig Gute ist, dass das Hotel mitten in der Stadt ist, man erreicht alles gut. Das Zimmer war abgewohnt, im Bad funktionierte die Dusche nicht und erst nach mehreren Reklamationen wurde sie repariert. Das Essen im Restaurant war lieblos zubereitet, es war teilweise vertrocknet und unglaublich schlecht. Noch nie habe ich so etwas erleben müssen.
