LionsHome, villa Benita has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and terrace. Direct infront of your house you find your swimmingpool. It is surrounded by a large, quiet property with lush, tropic vegetation.
Your stay and the accommodation are subject to self-catering. Upon request we would like to organize a private chef for you.
During the day, as long as you haven't planned any other activities, you wil very much like to stay in the well-kept garden or on your terrace, everywhere there is always a pleasent breeze. The day you can then very romantic end with a sundowner at the pool, before the chef calls you for dinner.
For groups up to 8 people we like to offer you to book the same neigbouring house on top.
Shuttleservice:
We offer you transport to the airport or to the railways station for € 30 to 40 one way.
Bathing and swimming: Apart from your pool you will find after a short walk of 250 meters the ocean and here you will experience a soft white sandy beach, as you may never have seen before. The sea is warm, you can spend endless time in the water. Besides, it is calm, the big waves are tamed by the offshore reef. At our beach section it is also possible to swim during low tide. Mile-long beach walks are on offer and eliven not only the spirit, but also the body looking for recreation.
For security reasons we are connected with a security company.
Furthermore, the property is surrounded on all sides with a high wall, which allows a completely quiet and undisturbed holiday.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Hans was a wonderful host and the property is immaculate with a beautiful garden and a crystal clear pool. It’s a short walk to the beach even with a toddler. The best part was Hans connecting us with great local accommodations including a FANTASTIC chef, Hassan. We look forward to staying there again.

Sensationeller Aufenthalt

Hans war als Besitzer und Betreiber unglaublich Hilfsbereit und sehr informativ! Hans!!! Dein Red Snapper war ein echter Knaller! Danke nochmal dafür!!! Alles in allem: Kann das "Lions Home" nur empfehlen! Wer eine ruhige Lage und absolute Sauberkeit sucht...That's the Place to be!

Our family of 4 stayed for 4 nights in December. There were many great parts of our stay in this villa. Hans was a great and attentive host who lives next door and checked in frequently. We always felt very safe and secure in the villa, which was quite clean. For future guests, we’d like to offer some clarifications based on our experience:1) Bedroom temperature: This was the biggest challenge for us. For our family and at this time of the year, the heat was too much. We all struggled to sleep without air conditioning, and the fans in the bedrooms did not provide much air movement, partly due to the mosquito nets (which are important). The temperature in the bedrooms at night was at least 30 degrees C.2) Beach: The beach is about a 10 minute walk first along a road and then down a public access path. There are no beach towels available, which surprised us, but did not turn out to be much of an issue. The listing indicates “Beach chairs” which are actually pool chairs.3) Pool: The pool is fabulous. It is shared with a second villa, which was empty for 3 of our 4 nights.4) Living area: The villa has two separate indoor spaces: the kitchen and then the two bedrooms connected by a bathroom. The dining table and living area are outdoors.5) Washing machine: The VRBO listing includes a washing machine, which was one of the reasons that we booked this villa. There was no washing machine, but there was the option of paying for laundry to be done at KSh 1000 per load.

Great place and location

Highly recommend this property for a Diani beach holiday, accommodation is spotless, the team are super helpful and friendly, Hans is a perfect host, location is also perfect. Hans helped us to find a cook - Stephen - I highly recommend him, he made our holiday so easy, shopping, cooking and we had lovely meals.

Traumurlaub unter dem Makutidach

Ein Monat in diesem traumhaft schönen Haus liegt nun hinter uns ( 55, 53 und 23 Jahre ) und wir sind wirklich restlos begeistert. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen; alles ist top gepflegt oder sogar völlig neu ( z.B. Bad, Küche, Terrassenmöbel ...). Das Haus liegt wirlich strandnah und zudem in einer bewachten Anlage, was in der Nacht doch beruhigend ist. Hausboy, Gärtner und Askari ( Nachtwächter ) sind gewissenhaft, sehr freundlich und reagierten stets prompt auf unsere Wünsche. Auch unsere Bitte, die vereinbarten Arbeiten in Haus und Garten nur während unserer Abwesenheit zu erledigen, wurde stets beachtet. Der Vermieter Hans-Jürgen wohnt nebenan und stand uns freundlich mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir hatten einen gepflegten großen Mitsubishi zur Verfügung, der für sage und schreibe 12,50 EUR am Tag ( wegen des Vier-Wochen- Aufenthalts, bei Ketty Tours an der Tankstelle ) gemietet werden konnte. Ein Auto vor Ort ist schon sinnvoll, weil Einkäufe, alle Unternehmungen in die Umgebung ( z.B. Strandwanderungen von Tiwi-beach, Diani beach oder Galu-beach aus, Ausflüge zu den Shimba-Hills, Shimoni/ Wasini, an der Nordküste : Bamburi Haller Park mit Giraffenfütterung durch die Besucher jeweils 11:00 Uhr keinesfalls verpassen (!!!) , Mambavillage = größte Krokodilfarm Afrikas ,und sogar die Rückfahrt zum Flughafen ( erforderlich: Karte Mombasa !) ohne weiteres möglich waren ) Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, den wir - seit 30 Jahren Kenia-Fans -, ganz sicher wiederholen werden... Danke an Hans-Jürgen !!!

Danke für die schöne zeit

Absolute traumhafte und ruhige Lage mit viel Ruhe und Erholung. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe , wie in der Beschreibung traumhaft schön und der Service ist spitze. Der Vermieter ist zuverlässig und konnte sehr viele Tips für die Umgebung geben. Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt und es ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Abwechslung ist gegeben, sofern es gewünscht wird. Ein Auto ist nicht unbedingt notwendig, da genügend Taxis zur Verfügung stehen Mir war die ruhe, der Service, und wirklich insbesondere die gute Seele des Objektes der hausboy, der sich um alles sehr gut gekümmert hat. Wer hier gewesen ist, weiß vieles zu schätzen. Bitte weiter so. herzliche Grüße Hans

traumurlaub

Kenia, das land der träume! Diani beach, mombasa 35min entfernt, dann der traumstrand fünf minuten von villa benita weit. Ein palmwedel dach, ein netter aufmerksamer hausboy, relaxen auf der terrasse dawa trinken, lecker süß. Die palmen rascheln im lauen wind. Ach kann das leben schön sein. Schwimmen, forty thieves und kamelreiten.diese Strandbar ist ein muss. Und alles da. Das haus ist ein sehr schöner ausgangspunkt zum wohl und frei fühlen. Besser geht’s nicht. Für alle die keine massen hotels veranstaltungen mögen, afrika unter eigener regie.safari buchen mehrere möglichkeiten im ort. Familienferien im Paradies

Im Juli waren wir zu viert 2 Wochen in der Villa Benita und haben uns selten irgendwo so gut erholt. Das Haus ist faszinierend gebaut mit einem tollen Dach aus Palmblättern, die Zimmer mit riesigen Betten mit romantisch anmutenden Moskitonetzen. Auf der Veranda kann man in den bequemen mit riesigen Kissen ausgestatteten Sitzmöbeln gemütliche Abende verbringen und das sanfte Rauschen der Palmen im Wind genießen. Hesborn, der gute Geist des Hauses, versorgte und mit frischen Kokosnüssen und erledigte auch kleine Einkäufe. Er hielt alles tiptop sauber und war unglaublich hilfsbereit. Der Weg zum Galu Strand war gar nicht weit und dort waren wir sprachlos: weißester, mehlfeiner Sand, ein türkises Meer mit weißen Wellen, alles warm und einladend, kein störendes Hotel weit und breit. Nur wir allein...wie Robinson. Ich kann den Urlaub im Haus Benita uneingeschränkt empfehlen, viel schöner und individueller als jedes Hotel.
