Minutes from anywhere

This is an upstairs half of a duplex. In a great neighborhood. Outfitted with everything you might need. It’s not an overly big place, but it’s not small either. And seems perfect for a quick stop or an extended stay.

We are walking distance to the Taxslayer Center. Two minutes to the 74 bridge, and just a few more to anywhere else in the Quad Cities.

I’ve been running a vacation rental for almost four years now, but I’m just joining the Vrbo team. It has been really great, and I’ve been able to meet a lot of wonderful people!

Perfect for me

It was truly easy to get anywhere from this location. The property had everything I needed, including all I needed to eat in if I wanted to. Very clean and well decorated. The driveway was a bit tricky at first to get in and out of, but I quickly mastered it. I will be back.

Very Nice Accommodations!

I enjoyed my overnight stop here. The upper duplex unit was clean, quiet, and cozy. The host was very easy to communicate with and everything was just as pictured and described. I would definitely stay here again!

A cozy stay in the Heartland

We stayed very pleasantly at this property at the start of our vacation and at the end. In fact, it was almost like getting home…we were familiar w/ the apartment and town. Josh is very accommodating.

Extremely accommodating

The father and son were both helpful… the first night the fuse blew I had my own air fryer and the microwave going at the same time didn’t know they were on the same circuit but they reset the breaker promptly. The next day it was a thunder storm and that morning I just had the air fryer going as soon as I put my breakfast in there the whole house went black I called he told me the whole block was out… one hour later power was restored overall I would stay again

Awesome place! Recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of kind touches included such as pizza, breakfast items, soap etc. The Vrbo listing had hot tub listed as amenity in error but there was a nice deep tub in bathroom. Glad to have found this place and would stay again!
