Nearby you’ll find rehabilitation clinics, lakes, and shopping options. The apartment comes with its own parking space. It’s also possible to park a RV. The apartment is approximately 70 m² and has 2 rooms. It was renovated in 2023.
1 large living room with a sleeper sofa for one additional person, a smart TV, a dining table, a balcony with chairs and a grill, and a fireplace. We provide the firewood. The apartment is designed to accommodate a maximum of 3 adults. 1 bedroom with a 180x200 cm box-spring bed and a closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances: stove with oven and glass-ceramic cooktop, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, mini dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, and energy-efficient instant water heater. Electric outdoor blinds in every room allow for relaxation at any time of day. The rental price includes towels and bed linens. Water and electricity are included in the price; however, if consumption exceeds the average per person in Germany, we will unfortunately have to bill you for the excess usage, which must be paid in cash upon departure. Excludes visitor’s tax. Also available for long-term rental. Pets are unfortunately not allowed due to past negative experiences.
