ABOUT BEACH DREAM SOUTH

This two floor home is nestled right against the rolling dunes and in sight of the Pacific ocean. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you'll find enough space and facilities to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free trip. The three dedicated bedrooms all enjoy beautiful views of the surf, great for lazy vacation mornings. If you need more sleeping space, two sleeper sofas are available. The two bathrooms are spotlessly cleaned before your stay.

The kitchen and dining area are should suit your vacation dining needs be they for simple snacking and take-out or whipping up a big meal for the family. Basic cookware, flatware, paper towels, and a coffeemaker are all provided for you, and you're very welcome to use the fridge and freezer during your stay. Best of all the adjacent living room windows are easily seen from the dining area, letting you enjoy the spectacular sea-views with your meals.

The living room features an electric fireplace, big screen TV, and DVD player, as well as Wi-Fi access. Take a load off after your day at the beach and watch a movie, play some board games, or just chat with your friends and loved ones. In the summer, keep the doors open to the adjacent patio and enjoy the sea breeze. The patio itself is a great place to spend an afternoon with your beach books, or sipping a cold drink in the sun.

ABOUT MOCLIPS

Booking one of our properties in Moclips? In this little community, you'll find an array of seaside activities for you and your friends/family to venture into.

Fly a kite in a contest, build a sand sculpture or go sea kayaking. There are numerous nearby state parks that are perfect for hiking, surfing or just an afternoon stroll along the beach.

During the Spring and Summer, you'll be able to bird watch or go crabbing. If it's warm enough, take a surfing lesson or go fishing so you can catch something for dinner later!

Visiting us during the colder months is perfectly okay too. There are beachside restaurants and museums between Moclips and Ocean Shores that will keep you busy while still being able to enjoy those stunning views.

By The Sea, By The Sea is the only full-stack vacation rental management company in the area. We vow to make booking with us simple and exciting. While others know their way around it, we know that booking a rental property home for your vacation can be unfamiliar territory for some. Because we know this, we ensure that each of our properties is up to high-quality standards.

We do our absolute best to provide support to our guests when booking.

We are available to assist you every day of the year if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise.

MANAGED: This managed property needs good guest behavior and adherence to instructions, rules, terms, conditions, and requires online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. IF dogs area allowed, there is a quantity and weight limit, with a per-day, per-dog fee. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording depending on staffing. There may be interior decibel meters to report excessive noise. To allow enough time for full cleaning, check-In time is 5pm and Check-Out is 11am. Bookings over 29 days are with Prospera Property Management.

Just ok overall due to issues

The house is spacious and the location is unbeatable. We enjoyed the sunset, access to the beach, and hot tub. However there were a few problems:1. The wifi did not work at all in the 3 days we were there. Phone reception was very spotty which is fine but the wifi should have worked. 2. Due to spotty phone reception, checking in/out over phone was inconvenient. The extra step of having to call and provide an address felt unnecessary.3. About 5 minutes into using the oven, all the smoke detectors went off. The oven was not smokey at all. Each time we'd turn the detectors off, they go off again a minute later. The detectors went off at least 7 times just for a simple meal. We hadn't used the stove at all at that point. Due to the inconvenience and how insanely loud it was we ultimately unplugged the detectors and had to reinstall them before checking out.For the price we paid we expect to not run into issues like these.

Spring Break Getaway

Overall the house was really great, quiet location right on the beach. Very quiet area and great access to the beach. Only issue we had was that every time we used the stove or oven it would set off the smoke detector in the kitchen, even under normal cooking conditions with the vent hood on.

Swing & a miss

It was great to be on the beach & to have the hot tub. but the place is NOT cared for at all. The table wobbled, furniture uncomfortable, blankets such poor quality that we all froze at night, beds had massive divets in them that we had to put pillows in to sleep on. Dog hair was everywhere, and the place smelled like dogs & old cigarettes. Aside from that, the beach drivers are unsafe & do not pay attention. It was nerve wracking with kids on the beach. It has potential - but needs LOTS of TLC.

Moclips vacation clamming

The location of this rental was the best we couldn't walk right down to the beach. After a day of clamming it was great to come back and soak in the hot tub. We will rent this place again

Was a good place to stay. Very close to the beach. Could have been a little cleaner: potatoe chips under the bed, stairs from the garage didn't appear vacuumed, something on the light switch in the updtairs bathroom (blood?), lots of cobwebs.

Bring pillows/DOES NOT SLEEP “11”

This is a 3-floor property with 2 long staircases. 2 bedrooms on 3rd floor with shared bath. (1 king, 1 queen). 1 bedroom on main (2nd floor) with queen and bunks. 5 total sleeping pillows in the house. No additional bedding for sofa. There is a dumpster-futon in the basement (unheated, concrete room with no window coverings). Stays warm without heaters on, these are not smart TVs—bring your dvds and vhf movies. Bring counter spray. Bring coffee. Nice little deck with chairs. Dining table seats 5. This place would be absolutely and uncomfortably packed with more than 6-7 people.

Gorgeous location

The house was clean and the management was very prompt in handling our small issue with the keyless entry but honestly the best thing about this property is the location. The big glass doors look out onto the beach, we can hear the ocean from the windows, and the beach is a very short and easy walk from the house. We were here with our teenager and our five year old and everyone loved the house. We would love to come stay here again, the location can't be beat.

Beach Dreams South

Our weekend getaway at beach dreams south was perfect. We had stayed in the other beach dreams before so we knew what we were looking forward to. Perfect beach house just a few minutes walk from the ocean. The hot tub was the icing on top.

Introvert paradise

The home looks out to a beautiful ocean scene. Very close to the beach, very quiet with little people around, short walk to the quick e mart, and plenty of space in home. The downstairs rec room is a tad small for the ping pong table, but I still won most of the games. Ha! A little musty pet smell, but allergy meds helped with that. We would absolutely use again in the future.

Wonderful spot, great amenities, wanted to stay longer

Loved the beachfront location, the hot tub, and everything else this property had to offer. Kids and parents loved the ping pong table! The house could have been a bit cleaner, and there were a couple outlets that needed the covers replaced. But it was so cozy, we just didn’t want to leave! Tried to see if we could add another day, but it was booked, of course. It’s difficult to get any better than this in Moclips! Will be back, for sure.

Great Beach Property!

This 3 level home had great views and nice decks at all levels. The kitchen had all the variety of pots and pans and dish ware that you need to cook. There are very few restaurants and eateries nearby, so plan on cooking. The bed were comfortable for us, and the wall heaters worked well. This house is managed by a property management company, but they were nice to deal with in the rental process. This property could use an update of the primary couch and their dining chairs. The couch has been well used and had cushion damage. The dining chairs are not very comfortable. We can recommend this property, especially if you plan to be out on the beach a lot.

Tranquil and soothing by the Sea

We had a wonderful and relaxing visit to the Ocean for a short visit to just unwind. The Home was well decorated, clean and had everything we needed. Lots and lots of space for two adults and a small Frenchie. Access to the beach path was just at the bottom of the steps and a very pleasant stroll. Fun was had by all. !!!!

Location of this unit is great and the view is superb. Aside from that it is in great need of some TLC. Fireplace in master would not work, light out over kitchen stove, light out on fridge door water dispenser, missing a few electrical outlet covers. No vacuum in unit and no area rugs so floors constantly felt gritty. (There was a broom in closet that we did our best with) The two patio tables could barely be sat upon without several splinters and exposed nail heads. No instructions on TV, it lists a Smart TV in the listing but the main TV in the unit only has basic cable, and some of the remotes had zero batteries. This was very frustrating when wanting to relax in the evening and watch a show. For the price, my expectation is that at least these basic conveniences would be kept up. We still had a nice time and the view can’t be beat.

Yearly Moclips trip

We go every year and usually stay in the same 3 houses. The kids all love having a basement space to play games, they love the hot tub and the easy trail down to the beach. It is a very user friendly spot

Amazing beach

Great location, right on the beach. Communications with the property manager is none. Communications with the Vrbo property owner was delayed a day or two at best. Bare bones amenities and kitchen. Be carefully with your kids! Couple of outlets don’t have covers, the outside picnic table has rusty nails hanging out and will crumbling to bits as soon as you put any weigh in it. There are screws and nails sticking out on the main beck as well. All in all, a beautiful property and would return with a few Maintenince issues resolved.

Perfect beach home

The weather was the best I've seen in it - clear ocean & sunset views with great cooler weather while the interior was up above 80's, it was 70's and lovely. We did some plunges in the ocean, walks and bonfires on the beach, and evening soaks in the hot tub. Well stocked kitchen & propane grill - waffle iron saved us so much time over making pancakes, while the blender was available for margaritas and smoothies for the teens. Hope to return in 2024.
