Què li ha agradat: Neteja, estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
Didnt stay at the Marriott, poor management didn't have our room ready and sent us next door to the Fairfield Inn.
The afternoon desk clerk stated to us at 3:30pm that 68 people checked out earlier in the day and they are behind on cleaning. Suggested us to come back later, so we went to dinner and came back ~ 1 hr later.
Well guess what? The same desk clerk was on and she tried to give me the same spill about rooms. Yes! NO rooms ready!! Thus she gave us an option to go to Fairfield Inn and get a free breakfast instead. We took this because not only we were full after dinner, I was driving for the past 9 hrs from my previous destination. Tired of waiting for a room that was going to be ready some time at night.
Again very poor management by this woman.
I do believe a room was ready for us as promised but she gave it to someone else as decided NOT to do anything about getting any more rooms ready for anyone else!!
There was another family that was waiting on a room also.
