Our 3-Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Rim Village Vista townhome (Unit 6a8) is conveniently located just 6 miles from downtown Moab. It's location provides ideal access to mountain biking and hiking trails, 4-wheel driving excursions, Arches N.P. and Canyon Lands N.P. It features outstanding views out every window including the sandstone domes of the Mill Creek Area and the La Sal Mountains.

The home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare group/family meals. There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar. The private enclosed patio is the perfect place to relax with your favorite beverage after a long day of adventuring or early morning cup of freshly roasted local coffee (provided!). There is plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill is provided.

Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village Vista development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (heated late March - late October), hot tubs (heated year round), tennis court and playground. There is plenty of green, open space to walk your dog and for the kids to play!

The large 2 car garage is perfect to safely store your Jeep, ATVs, bikes and other gear inside. There is also room for 2 more cars in the driveway and plenty of off street parking for trailers, etc. A bike repair stand is available for use along with an assortment of tools for cyclists to keep their bikes in top shape for epic Moab riding!

Cyclists and Street Legal ORV’s can ride from the condo via Spanish Valley Drive and access many of Moab’s most popular trails without having to ride on Hwy 191 or trailer your vehicles. Parking is plentiful and easy. Bring your trailers, trucks and extra vehicles!

Home was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with utensils and such. Host provided a nice little kit with soaps, scrubber, dishwasher and laundry supplies. Plus, we really appreciated the little booklet they provided with recommendations for the area. Garage was spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms very nice. Neighborhood seemed quite clean, safe, and friendly. Check in and check out processes were a breeze. I didn’t need to communicate much with the hosts, because they proactively sent us the information needed, they seem very professional. I highly recommend!

Stayed three days. Rented side x side from Moab Tour Company for 48 hours. Condo is accessible to non-street legal vehicles using Spanish Valley drive. Condo was fully equipped, clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Another great trip to Moab.

This is our 3rd stay at thos property but 1st for this particular house. It was a perfect location for our hiking and rafting. Dark and quiet at night to view the fabulous night sky. We"ll be back

Property was clean and quiet and well equipped. Good spot for access to some great hiking. Two of the best hikes, Hidden Valley and Fisher Towers, we found out about from info posted in the unit's laundry room. Many thanks to whoever left that great info.

The property was clean and well maintained. We had lots of soft beach towels for the pool, the snow cone maker was a nice bonus! The front door lower handle could have a non-lock handle on it, we got locked out but the owner replied quickly. Not a big deal. They gave us plenty of dishwasher tablets and soap, which was a nice touch. I would highly recommend !
