  • Venga y disfrute de un alojamiento confortable después de pasar el día haciendo una o más de las muchas actividades que han hecho famoso a Moab. Esta unidad está ubicada cerca de la piscina, canchas de tenis / baloncesto y área de juegos para niños. Los 3 dormitorios dormirán 8 y hay televisores en cada dormitorio. El garaje para dos coches tendrá capacidad para 2 autos o vehículos todo terreno y el camino extra largo manejará un remolque. Estacionamiento adicional está cerca para plataformas más grandes.

The property was well appointed, extremely comfortable, and perfectly met our needs. It was very clean, in a safe neighborhood, and felt very relaxed at all times during our visit. The host was very knowledgeable about the property, available for help, and willingly solved a slight check in problem that was entirely my fault. We certainly are indebted to the host for opening up the property for our use and making our stay one to remember.

Nice condo with pool and hot tub access

The condo was very spacious and it was a short walk to the pool and hot tub. The condo complex was a little bit away from the busy area of town and was nice and quiet at night. Our family enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Property

Easy access to downtown Moab, pool was right behind the unit for easy access. Condo was clean and very beautifully decorated. Would definitely book it again!

Great Property and Great Stay.

Great Property, clean and in good shape. The front door of the property doesn't face a street so was a little hard to find. But ended up finding it easy enough. Just need to allow for that if you are coming in after dark. Check in was very easy. Communication was top notch. Thanks for the great stay.

The long double car driveway provided amble parking for our two vehicles and trailer. The place was clean and having the garage was a plus for all of our toys. Could use a smart TV for streaming YouTube and other programing. The towel racks in the Master Bath are loose and should be remounted/tightened. Need a sponge or something to clean dishes not able to go into the dishwasher, wipe counters, etc. We bought a packet of sponges and left them for the next guest. Ran out of laundry detergent. A bath mat would be nice - had to use the towels. Place could use freshening up - paint/carpet. Convenient to the trails and town. Large washer/dryer. Gas grill leaks/smells like natural gas is leaking, but worked fine. Great host, guide book, good communication.

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was extremely well equipped if you plan to cook while you are there. We were there over thanksgiving and every pot pan, utensil, small appliances that we needed was available. The beds and pillows were very comfy. Perfect location, hot tub just out the front door as well as the tennis basketball court. You have great views of the mountain. The communication with the rental company was extremely smooth and they were available anytime we had a question. If you come at night as we did it is a bit difficult to find so be sure to look at the map that they send you.

Great Location, Less than Ideal Interior

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great, just outside the busier section of downtown Moab, and home was very easy to find. Interior of the home was just ok and it wasn't the cleanest home I've stayed in. My son also ended up having an allergic reaction to whatever the sheets were washed with so be mindful of that if you have anyone in your party with sensitive skin.

Girls trip

Property served us well for our Moab and National Parks trip. Roomy and spacious. Living room couch and side chairs were pretty worn out and not comfortable to sit on. The living room television also had issues. The volume was either ear bleeding loud or so low couldn’t hear it at all. Luckily we didn’t spend a ton of time indoors anyway.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second time we stayed with Makenna's Gold Rentals and we will be back. The townhouse this time was fantastic, well stocked kitchen, lots of sitting areas, comfortable beds and great location to the pool. The driveway worked very well as we had a truck and trailer and parked our jeep inside the garage and they all fit. Nicole was an amazing host, helping us out with several things during our stay. We used both the heat and the a/c while we were there and both worked great. We liked the bunks in the 3rd bedroom. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Communication from the owners was very good. The unit was as described. It was clean and the kitchen had lots of supplies. It was very close to the pool and hot tub which was nice. However, the bathrooms lacked bath soap and there were no bath mats. Only one bathroom had shampoo. The TV was sadly in need of replacing. Poor quality and picture didn't always fit the screen. The beds were comfortable until you got in and out. They creaked and made noise, not conducive to sleeping. I have had better experiences in the past.

A Perfect Getaway!

The weather was uncooperative, so we didn't spend as much time outside as initially planned, but the townhome offered more than enough room to gather and play games, chat, etc. They even had some puzzles already stocked and ready for such occasions. When the weather was cooperative, we were within pedaling distance of Flat Pass and Steel Bender, which made for some great biking. I will definitely look to stay with Makenna's Gold Rentals again and recommend their listings to others as well! While in the area, visit Moab Made for unique and fun souvenirs and Love Muffin Cafe for excellent breakfast burritos and lunch offerings!

This was a great location with just the right amount of space for 2 adults and 4 kids. While it was clean, the carpets seem very old and give the impression of not being clean. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, silverware and servewar; and has adequate pots and pans. None of them are high quality but I get that when it’s a rental and folks likely don’t take great care of others things. There is just 1 super large cutting board, so it makes cutting apples for example, kinda weird. But we had everything we needed. We did have bad wind one night and I don’t know what it is, but something on the roof rattles in the wind very loudly. My husband and I were both awoken. None of the kids noticed. The pool was a lot of fun for the kids. Thank you for sharing your home.
