"Stayed in a two bedroom suite. Overall experience at The Jervois was great. Staffs at the front desk were helpful. Location of the hotel is very central, many restaurants and cafes nearby, conveniently located. Only wished the washer and dryer in the unit can be wash and dry in one cycle. "

"Everything is good, the room is clean, the room has it own washing drying machine which I like the most. The staff are very nice and friendly. I will definitely come back again. "

"The Harbour View Studio apartment (North Tower) at CM+ was very well appointed with stunning views. Room photos are representative!
The apartments feel relatively new with all amenties that one would expect. Room was clean and spacious (we stayed as a family of 4 incl. x2 teenagers).
Location is great with a Ding Ding stop out the front, MRT station and everything else within a 5min walk.
Staff were always welcoming with a smile, so overall, I'd highly recommend."

"Be careful with this property, totally inaccurate listing . The room is super tiny while the listing stated 310sqft for the deluxe plus. We were so upset and came to talk to the manager (Carmen) she's do stubborn and keep saying for sure the room is 310sqft as listed. Later on she said she would move us to another room. We waited and nothing happened. We talked to her again and she said to give her 20 mins to figure this out and again no response. Called her again and she's back to square one...
