"The owner was very lovely and polite, he prep matcha tea for welcoming us also offering fresh bread making in the morning for our breakfast but my family were very tired from a long day travelling and activities we did in the area, we just want to sleep in so we had to miss out on that. House was clean. The bath was the highlight for us. Just the tap in both toilets a bit hard to operate so we had to wash our hands in the bathroom instead."

They accommodated an early check-in, had all of our luggage from our previous hotel waiting in our room, and even included thoughtful touches (handwritten welcome note). "The tranquility of the place the peacefulness the wonderful staff nothing was too much from the time we arrived the staff were superb. The ammenities fabulous. This hotel was at another level we stayed 2 nights breakfast was amazing and delicious the rooms were excellent the bed so comfortable very clean !!! 10/10 I didn’t want to leave !!! The most amazing stay and experience from the stunning views pool, and fabulous staff !!!"

"Great hotel in Kyoto. Beautiful property. Looks brand new. Staff were extremely attentive. Gardens on the property were gorgeous. Rooms were beautiful, clean, and Modern/Japanese. Only the gym was a little underwhelming with minimal equipment. Would definitely stay here again."
