Das Hotel selbst ist nicht zu erreichen. Man landet an einem Call Center, die einem erklären wollen, sie wären in Kotzbühel selbst, was schlichtweg eine Lüge ist"

"As a frequent traveler around the world staying in 5 star hotels, this hotel ranks in the top 5 in my travels. The staff was highly accommodating and kind, the breakfast buffet top notch with a wide variety of food. The spa was so good and even better than many dedicated spa resorts (they had 4 different types of saunas!). Gym was brand new with a large selection of workout equipment and the wing of the hotel we stayed at was also brand new. They have a ton of activities for kids...
