"Loved this property! Great location, CLEAN, and prompt responses from property owner. I have stayed in and around Stratford at least 7-8 times over the past several years. This is, by far, the best one of all! Will definitely be back! Located right in the downtown area, with great access to stores and restaurants. Easy and prompt communication with Brendan. If I could give 10/10 I would! "

"The property was clean, cozy, well furnished and very nice. The kitchen had everything that we needed, including local coffee that was quite good. Modern and well situated in downtown Stratford, steps from dining, events and the Live Theater that we came to see. Getting around was easy and comfortable. "The loft was charming, in a perfect location and very clean! We loved being literally a few steps from quaint coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries and theaters. There was even a little green grocery store where we could buy food …and we had everything that we needed at the loft to be able to cook our own meals. The apartment was so comfortable that I literally kept saying aloud to my husband “I wish I lived here!” "

"We were not impressed with parking availability. We were informed before our stay that a parking spot was available. However, free parking was available a few blocks away from the host location. It would have been appreciated to know that beforehand. The studio itself was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff should have notified the host that the hair dryer was missing. "We checked in pretty late due to traffic. But we had Wayne come out and give us the run down on the place. He didn't leave anything out. The communication with the host was unmatched. Super friendly and amazing the whole stay. If we needed anything they were there right away. The even brought out toys for our daughter to play with. Would definitely stay here again. Truly and amazing experience. Thanks again"

"This is best place yet that we've stayed in in Stratford! It was so comfortable for our family, the beds were soft and firm, the place was super clean and bright, and it was perfectly air conditioned upon arrival. The only thing to be aware of is that it's up 20 steps so if you have a mobility issue, this wouldn't be the place to stay for you. Otherwise, it's a true gem and the owner is easily accessible and responds to emails super promptly, we'll definitely be coming back!!!"

"Beautiful place to stay, you start to relax as soon as you turn into the driveway. The retreat is so quiet, and property is gorgeous. The hosts have thought of everything you need. There is a pond that you can swim in, or sit beside and relax. Lots of frogs to entertain the kids.Lots to do close by, kids loved the quarry in St.Mary's. "

"This is my third or 4th stay at the Bradshaw. It's a fab location and beautiful space--I just love having a kitchette and separate sleeping spaces for two people. I needed a couple of things (wi-fi wasn't working and some supplies) and both were handled right away and pleasantly. Minor suggestions: shower is great, but needs a place (shelf) for shampoo etc. and the sun really comes into the second bedroom and the shades don't block it, so bring an eye mask or wake up with the sun. : )"
