"Overall our stay was good. The only issue was at check in. Check in is at 3:00 pm. We arrived at 6:00 and were told we’d need to wait 45 minutes to get our room. We had an event to go too and needed to shower and change quickly before leaving. They were able to have it ready in 20 minutes. Not a good start to our stay "
