Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Enjoy the lightning fast wi-fi. Relax on the wrap around porch or back patio. Cook a great meal in the expansive kitchen or on the grill. There is ample free parking on the street on 2 sides of this home.

Please be mindful of the neighbors, and respect our quiet hours from 10pm - 7am. Any loud music or events stretching later than this is a violation of our house rules, and disrespectful to our neighbors. Thank you!

Everything involved with our stay went wonderfully. The properly suited our needs perfectly. Just noted that the side door was unlocked when we arrived…but everything seemed fine. The front door keypad worked fine but the door needed extra effort to close properly. Everything was adequate or better.

We travel as a group to one away football game a year. With 12-14 of us, reasonably priced places to stay are hard to find. This was perfect for our needs. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows. Very communicative host. It helped that our team won too!

If you can’t say something nice

I have tried to submit a negative review 3 times ,but, apparently VRBO won’t let you describe why your experience was negative. When I was a kid my Mom used to say, “If you can’t say something nice don’t say anything at all.” So I guess I’ll say nothing at all.

Wonderful & Great, but you need to know Michiana

Great communication from the owner. Solid. Great accommodation, as well. You have to know Michiana. It's not for everyone. I recommend it to everyone and anyone who knows the Michiana area. If you're new to the area, then maybe it's not for you. For our family, it was perfect. We went to Notre Dame, Warren Dunes, Three Rivers, Marcellus & Goshen. It was perfect. I'm also an ND grad & would definitely come back with my alum friends & family. IMPORTANT - the river walk downtown area is footsteps away.

Nice property for extended family group

A nice property that accommodated our family well for Notre Dame graduation weekend. The house was clean, had spacious dining and kitchen area, nice refrigerator, coffeemaker with coffee, plenty of towels. It's an older house so we weren't surprised that the AC struggled, but after the first night the weather was cooler so the heat was not a significant problem. We did bring some folding chairs to provide more living room seating as recommended by other guests.

Very clean, roomy, and convenient.

House had lots of room and was very clean. FYI, most of the bedrooms were upstairs and lots of stairs to climb. Allowing pets was a plus, as we had our pup with us. Only real complaint was the owner not disclosing the exact address until two days before our trip.

Great place

This property was huge, it had more than enough space. It was very clean and near local restaurants. Less than a mile from a town square that featured local eateries, bars, breweries, beautiful river views, mintues from Notre Dame and grocery stores l. I would stay here every time I'm in south bend and recommend it to others, 10 out of 10!

Baby Shower Weekend Getaway

We had a Baby Shower planned here close to my daughter in laws family & this home was absolutely perfect. It had the perfect amount of space to take my mother, my daughter, and my grandson to stay with us while celebrating a baby shower. The only addition I would put in the home is a high chair and maybe a fold up pack and play but it was wonderful! Will stay again for sure. Check in & host were great.

Family Christmas

My family of 15 people with their dogs had a wonderful time staying here. The home was clean and beautiful and there was plenty of beds for all of us. There were a few games and a kid's corner with books, both were enjoyed thoroughly. Having a fenced in yard was a definite plus. The only thing I would change was to bring our camping chairs. There was a large L-shaped couch in the living room and a lot of open space where we pulled in chairs from the kitchen but it wouldve been nice to have pur own seats.The host was great to work with and quick to return all VRBO messages.

Convenient Mishawaka Location

This property is easy to find, very clean, great contact with the owner, and very close to our family. Important note, the stairway going to the second floor is steep and can be slippery. Hold on to the rail to prevent falling.

Older nice home

House was very clean and cozy. Nice roomy bedrooms with big beds. Very good location for shopping and dining. Only thing I didn’t like was you have to park on the street and the plugs didn’t work in the up stairs bathroom. I would recommend the home.
