Pretty sure it had been occupied by smokers before we checked in.

We reserved our room months in advance, but when we went to check in there was no one at the front desk. There was just a note stating that no rooms were available. I’m still working on getting my refund. It was a mess! Don’t reserve a room here!

DO NOT BOOK AT THIS LOCATION!! They are obviously overbooking and hoping to take people’s money! We arrived for check-in and was greeted by signs hung up stating there were no rooms available, the front desk boarded up with no workers, and several other angry guests that had reservations and no room! I have filed a complaint with the State of Indiana for this location

Aspectos negativos: Comunicación
I need reimbursement for this reservation. Showed up for my room before 11pm and nobody was available at the desk. A sign was posted stating we needed to request reimbursement as everything was filled. Totally unacceptable.

When we arrived, there was a gate drawn down on the check in desk. There was nobody to check us in. They put up a sign that said "We are fully booked for the night. All reservations must be cancelled and refunded. We have no rooms available. - Studio 6" I had pre-paid for the rooms. Used the app to reach out to customer service. Someone from an Asian country chatted me, but then hung up on the chat. Tried again. Another person from an Asian country then called me, but then put me on hold. By now, it's midnight. I was on hold for 20 minutes, and nobody came back. I had to find another hotel and pay rack rate. No follow up or refund from Expedia. WORST service ever.
