Private Cottage to nurture the soul

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway near the entrance to Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Park. Located on a 15 acre property, with access to a 100 acre private cattle ranch nearby. Plenty of trails for those wonderful and peaceful walks. Our apartment boasts privacy, along with amenities only found in fancier hotels. Refrigerator has bottled water for our guests, as well as a complimentarily breakfast.

Le logement de John et Traci était un havre de paix! Leur accueil si chaleureux nous a fait oublié le long trajet effectué. Leurs anecdotes et leurs histoires nous ont fait passé un moment inoubliable. Des repas préparés sont proposés à la vente à des prix très raisonnables dans le frigo du logement. C’est la première fois que nous avons autant d’attentions dans un logement. De plus nous avons passé une excellente nuit et la salle de bain est immense et bien équipée!! Au matin john nous a apporté des gaufres, des œufs brouillés et du jus d’orange un délice! Nous nous sentions comme à la maison et nous ne voulions pas repartir! Allez y les yeux fermés! Ne serait ce que pour rencontrer ce couple si Gentil!

This private cottage is ultimately a home away from home. John and Traci's warm hospitality is such a wonderful bonus. I definitely recommend this place.

The hosts have tried to think of everything a guest may need and cannot get or find in a remote rural area, and they have succeeded. Great base for visiting the National Parks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at the Cozy Cottage. The apartment was fun, clean, and eclectic. We had a short drive to the entrance of Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park. The hosts, John and Tracey, made the visit memorable and unique with their hospitality and breakfast . We would definitely consider coming back !

Cozy cottage is sooo cozy

We stayed four nights, as the location was close to Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Park. The hosts were so hospitable and the cottage was super cute and comfortable.

An awesome home base for my exploration of Sequoia and Kings Canyon!

The whole cottage was comfortable and cozy, and that bathtub after a long day of hiking was amazing. The hosts made sure I had a hot breakfast every morning, and I was visited by wild turkeys and a friendly rooster. I would absolutely stay again!

Home-away-from-home!

The cozy cottage was the perfect place to stay while visiting Yosemite and surrounding areas! It was clean and well equipped. John and Traci were super great. They provided a relaxing space, laughs and options for food purchases after a long day in the parks. Then a delicious delivered breakfast in the morning, a great way to start the day! We had an awesome stay!

We had a great time and enjoyed Traci and John so much. They have thought of whatever you might need and provide a great breakfast and other amenities. The place is clean and the bed is comfortable. Loved it!

Cozy cottage

Excellent hosts, spacious adorable space, a little far from amenities but the hosts provide food and drink for very nominal prices. Hosts were a wealth of information!

This place was almost too nice. It was beautiful and comfortable. Comfy bed, gorgeous bathroom, a living area with a nice tv and lots of movies. It was one of the lodging accomodations closest to Kings Canyon National Park, and it allowed dogs. I couldn't ask for better.The grounds were a birdwatcher's dream. Because restaurants and grocery stores were not nearby, the hosts had brilliantly provided frozen meals and snacks and drinks for purchase at a nominal fee, and breakfast is included in the rental price. John and Traci are terrific people to stay with. I highly recommend this cottage for your national park visit.

Kings Canyon Stay

This was the cutest little bungalow with the nicest people! The area was a short distance from Kings Canyon visitor center. There’s not much around this stay as far as restaurants but the hosts have microwaveable meals in case your not prepared and left us homemade bread, jelly, wine etc. They were very gracious and welcoming!

Great Property

My husband and I loved our stay. The cottage was perfectly described. The owners were fantastic. The breakfast that was delivered to us in the morning was a special treat. We would definitely stay again. Location was close to Kings Canyon. Sequoia was closed due to road damage. Great location.

We had a great stay at the cozy cottage. Traci and John are very kind hosts and made sure everything was alright for us. They even prepared a delicious breakfast in the morning. The cottage was beautifully decorated and clean. A highlight were the wild turkeys that greeted us upon arrival outside in the frontyard. Thank you for having us, John and Traci.

Cozy cottage experience

If you're wondering if the reviews are accurate about this place...they are!! The experience that the hosts give you begin when you arrive! So welcoming & inviting. My boyfriend and I felt like it was "our place." Love that they make us breakfast in the morning. Very lovely here and would come again!

Adorable and Safe space

My friend and I stayed here all the way from the east coast. John and Tracy love hosting. The space they created is very private and we enjoyed the stories they shared, they had a fridge filled with groceries, brought us breakfast every morning, and gave us umbrellas when it was raining. The space was so clean and cozy. Loved the experience!
