"We loved staying here way better than most of the other hotels we have stayed at in cypress the food way very good most nights in terms of vegetarian and vegan options but there were a few nights where options were limited but that is to be expected. The cleanliness was very good for most of the hotel apart from the woman’s public bathrooms as the bins were overflowing but everything else was very clean and tidy. "

"Staff were very attentive and helpful at all times. Breakfast well stocked and varied for even a fussy eater like me. The outdoor and indoor pools were clean and deck chairs and areas all clean and well looked after. Very good standard of cleanliness in main part. The room we had had very good amenities and was spacious. They do need updating as the bathroom was tired looking and the bedroom furniture. Lounge area of room had modern furniture. Bed and air conditioners were very good. Be warned...

"This hotel is exceptional. The common areas and rooms are gorgeous—modern, elegant, new, and spotless. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of major attractions. Service was impeccable throughout; every staff member I met was courteous, warm, and genuinely helpful. I loved the toiletries and the delicius  welcome treats in the room. "Got to the hotel and given a room at first I genuinely thought I had been given a room at a 1970s russian camp. The guy at the desk was asleep and didn't speak a lick of English. We didn't get told about the sauna or the jacuaazi which is still not working or built not sure which After our 7 days visit in truth is was pretty decent. The staff was always on hand to open the shop even at 4am. Very friendly and polite. It was not to busy. I have to be honest the biggest thing to be of help was...
