"I had a wonderful stay at the Royal Sonesta. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. It’s a great location and is close to restaurants and event centers. Zac at the front desk was so kind and helpful."

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bloomington at Mall of America, MN
"Portions of the room were worn— paint peeling around the bathroom doors and tub, adjustable shower head stuck in one position, bed frame was squeaky. Noise from adjoining rooms was audible. Later than usual check in or charge to check in before 4 pm. Good variety at breakfast. Coffee always available. ..."
