"Maybe when there’s gonna be a big concert at your amphitheater, you should open up reservations before 4 o’clock maybe so we don’t have to wait in line for our hour and a half just to get checked in."

"Front desk was not very friendly. Did not make a great impression. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Shower was nice and enjoyed the breakfast."

The Royal Sonesta Minneapolis Downtown
"The rooms facing inside are ok. But, you can’t tell if it’s night or day. They charged me for early check in but, took it off later. I had to ask for my VIP perks. The hotel was nice."
