"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Touchstone Resorts once again and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. The rooms were luxurious and impeccably clean, with stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

"Lovely little cabin in the woods. Please be aware that the bathroom is a short walk through some woods away. The bathroom has two separate compartments and Ida has access to one and the other cabin Teremok has access to the other. The condition of the bathroom when we arrived was okay but there was odor and bugs that needed to be dealt with. Also note that there is no AC in the cabin, so during the hottest summer period, you'll at most have access to a ceiling fan that doesn't blow directly on...

"We stayed one night, but it was worth the stop on our journey northward from Toronto. The river is a peaceful place to paddle. The hosts are very accommodating and hospitable, and the cabin is a sweet spot between roughing it and luxury. "
