"Hanford House is an inn located on Main Street (Old Highway 49) in Sutter Creek. There are a limited number of rooms on the First and Second floors (maybe six?). Not a bed-and-breakfast inn, but the Element restaurant is at the front of the structure. Breakfasts are not included in the lodging rate. "Very nice place to stay. Staff was very nice; the room was nicely done as far as looks and cleanliness. The shower tub had a lower entry which is great for older adults. Confrontable king size bed. Short walk to downtown Sutter Creek. Safe area for walking. No need to Uber for a ride. It has a gym and a bar. Although we did not check out the bar. "

"Nice remodel. But no breakfast. For $130/night you’d think they could provide a breakfast of done kind. The room as the view were nice. Sadly, the vanity in the bathroom wasn’t upgraded and had two large cracks in it. The water took literally five minutes to get warm for my shower. "
