"Leider war während unserem Aufenthalt der Pool und Spa Bereich ohne vorherige Ankündigung geschlossen. Weder vorab schriftlich noch beim Check-In wurden wir darüber informiert. Dabei war dies der Hauptgrund für die Wahl des Hotels. Die Zimmer und auch Aufzüge sind bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Größe der Zimmer war sehr gut, doch das Mobiliar veraltet. Sehr gut hingegen war jedoch das Frühstücksbuffet, sehr große Auswahl, frische individuelle Eierspeisen, guter Kaffee. Das Personal war...

"Great location, enjoyed the south side of Porto. Simple kitchen, balcony you could not sit on. Pool nice feature very small. Beautiful view from roof top. Great host and good communication. We stay again."

"We had a fantastic stay. The property is very central, a minute from the riverfront, but the rooms were quiet. Staff were exceptional from the moment that we arrived to the time to leave (reluctantly!).
Breakfast was included and delicious. Coffee was excellent as expected and everything was fresh. All the staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you to everyone!"

"If you’re coming to Porto, this is definitely the place to stay! The location right by the river is absolutely beautiful. The place itself was much bigger than we anticipated, was clean and well stocked. The communication with our host was faultless. They sent detailed check in instructions including a video of where the property was. They were very accommodating and friendly. We would recommend to anyone 10/10"
