"The room was clean and a lot bigger than I initially thought it would be. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved all the amenities it had to offer especially the solarium. Also they had many options for breakfast. Definitely would stay there again."

At AM check out: 10:30am- I went to front desk to tell Palak I'd been searching for my glasses for 1 hour, I couldn't drive without them, and might need extra time to find them. He deadpan told me I had 30 min to find them because checkout was at 11am, no apology, no emotion, no compassion. 11am- Returned to say I still hadn't found them. He said he had already helped me all he could by telling me I had until 11am to find...

"It’s far away from everything with only One restaurant that is not open during the week. Towels and sheets are from 1990. If you’re expecting a casino type experience this is not it. Also pay a resort fee and there are no resort amenities during the week."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was quick and seamless; staff was friendly and super helpful. The hotel was very clean, and beds were comfy! The only thing that caught me off guard is there is not an elevator. My father in law struggled a little bit going up and down the stairs, but thankfully it was just one flight. That was probably an oversight on my end. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Had handicap room, but no chair in the room except a desk chair. Room had small TV that wasn't smart... therefore no apps so could not get Netflix,Prime Video etc. did have Dish TV which had nothing worthwhile on to watch."

"Everything was very good; clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly. I did not give a 5 rating because I was having issues with the wifi (though that might have been my computer). Otherwise, it's a very nice place to spend the night."

"Very clean. Helpful and pleasant staff. Many hotels don't keep food out until 9am like they advertise. This definately was not the case here! There was plenty of hot food at 8:55 am and they didn't take food away until everyone had finished eating. Easy check in and check out. Will stay here again when visiting family. "

"The fruit juice machine for breakfast in the morning was out of order and there was no fresh fruit. They couldn’t keep up with sausage or the eggs. Dirt in the corners of the bathroom in the room the weight room was unusable. They seemed to charge plenty for what the hotel offers."
