"We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. We ran out of hot water when showering with that many guys to shower after long day out hunting (we just staggered our showers over longer time frame for the second day) and there was loose step stone on the steps. However, there was some mold in the top of the shower. The reception area smells very very moldy/musty. "Desk clerk did not greet us and was indifferent with our disappointment that the room we reserved months in advance was occupied. No information was given about breakfast, hot tub being out of order or location of the elevators. Just a shrug and " down that way". Toilet was installed on an angle from the wall, paper holder was installed crooked , mold on floor tiles and safety grip was installed on the wrong side of the shower that would only help you step out of the shower and onto the toilet....
