"Rooms need lamps/outlets updated to allow usb plug in. Smart TVs would also be a nice touch. Had a small issue with the room that the GM personally addressed. Dinner was lackluster, but for something that’s free it’s serviceable. Staff an the overall property were both A+ though"

"Great breakfast probably one of the best continental breakfasts we have had, nice selections on TV to watch, pool area looked nice but we didn't have time to use it. Things were a bit run down in our room and it could have been cleaner but it looks like they are trying to make improvements and do things to make it nicer. Staff was very friendly. We would stay again when passing through."

"My king bed room was fine. It’s just the rest of the place that looks a bit worn. There are big rig trucks parked on one side of the hotel, and when I got there, someone was blasting music while cleaning out his car and the people next to him were grilling in the parking lot. The common spaces smelled a bit of cigarettes and there isn’t an elevator to the second floor. The vibe didn’t make me feel totally comfortable but I was fine once in the room. It was clean and quiet."

"We checked in they did not have the correct room I booked they were sold out. The woman at the front desk never informed me until we walked in our room and it was smaller with no sofa bed. We then used the toilet and it overflowed onto the floor. The space where we are supposed to have a refrigerator is empty And it was never disclosed on the booking site that this location is under construction. The pictures look nothing like this hotel. We are extremely disappointed and don’t even want to...

"Anytime I’m in Cincinnati visiting my son at college I stay here. The staff is so accommodating like the best I’ve ever seen. They have secure parking in a garage that you can park your car even before your room is ready and if they have availability, late checkout of noon. which is really nice."
