Con una ubicación céntrica, esta propiedad se encuentra a 20 minutos de San Francisco, a 40 minutos de la playa, a 40 minutos de Wine Country, ya una corta distancia a pie de la ciudad de Mill Valley con restaurantes, teatros, spas y tiendas. Esta ubicación ideal también está a 5 minutos a pie de senderos para ciclismo de montaña y senderismo en el majestuoso Monte Tamalpais.     Este es un gran hogar para relajarse o usar como punto de partida para disfrutar del área de San Francisco / Bahía. Desde cualquier punto de vista, verá secuoyas, nuestros gigantes helechos de árboles australianos y vegetación. Tenemos un gran balcón con vista al patio delantero, una terraza de 800 pies cuadrados en el patio delantero y una zona de estar, bañera de hidromasaje de madera y un gran jardín en el patio trasero.

    Nuestra casa está ubicada en ¾ de un acre en medio de los árboles de secoya con un arroyo que atraviesa el patio delantero. Es una casa dividida de 3,300 pies cuadrados, 3 niveles con 4 dormitorios, 3 baños, sala de estar completa con chimenea de leña, comedor completo con capacidad para 12, cocina grande con capacidad para 10 y sala de televisión con gran televisor de pantalla plana y chimenea de gas . La suite principal, ubicada en el nivel superior, tiene una amplia zona de estar con estanterías y TV, cama Cal King, amplio baño con bañera Phillip Stark y lavabos dobles. El segundo nivel es la cocina y el comedor y el nivel inferior es la sala de televisión y tres dormitorios adicionales. Dos habitaciones tienen camas Queen y el tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. Todos los niveles conducen al exterior: terrazas, balcones y áreas de descanso.

    La cocina está totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, triturador, dos hornos, estufa comercial de 6 hornillas y refrigerador. También tenemos una licuadora, una plancha para la estufa, un procesador de alimentos y casi cualquier cosa que necesite durante su estadía. También tenemos una barbacoa de gas en la terraza delantera. ¡Te invitamos a traer a tu familia, a tus hijos (les ENCANTARÁ el columpio sobre el arroyo) y disfrutar de nuestra casa!

We were very happy with the property. The house was clean, the outdoor space was nice and the hot tub was enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to others.

The furniture was uncomfortable, without air conditioning the house got quite warm during warm days. The outside environment was terrific, the inside was average but clean. For 8 people the number of showered bathrooms was inadequate, especially with one being in the master bedroom. The host was very attentive and kept us informed.

Paradise, is how my daughter described it when she entered the front gate. Our family, four adults, two young kids, could have stayed for weeks! The house is beautifully located amidst the redwoods, with rooms to spare, plus the lovely large patio where we ate dinner each night. In fact, the remodeled kitchen plus the outdoor area had us visiting the market several times, and sampling only one of Mill Valley’s great restaurant offerings. The house is one we would return to in heartbeat! Alisa was super easy to contact and gave excellent instructions. We all give this rental an A.

A truly exceptional house and property set in a redwood forest. It's hard to describe the feeling of sitting on the deck, completely immersed in the beautiful natural surroundings. The hot tub is absolutely incredible. The house is very well equipped, impeccably clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. It serves as an excellent base for exploring the Bay area, with easy access to downtown Mill Valley (just a short walk), numerous hiking trails, San Francisco via ferry and Muir Woods.Our host, Alisa, was very helpful before and throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone traveling the San Francisco Bay area.

Amazing property with beautiful natural redwoods, ferns, and other trees and plants, as well as thoughtful landscaping design for privacy, peace, and relaxation in mind. House layout was perfect for rest and with abundant options to spread out both inside and outside on property grounds. Hot tub placement and layout is amazing!!Highly recommended property.

This is my second stay at this beautiful, comfortable home. It is everything it is described to be and more. Great location, easy access to downtown and to hiking paths up the mountain. Hosts are prompt in responses and provide all necessary info. Such a pleasure to stay here.

The place was great! So many windows and skylights to make you feel like you’re right in the awesome redwoods. The only reason there’s not all 5 stars is because it’s an older house in a deep forest and has a light scent that my 8 companions did not notice.( I am very sensitive. )

Great experience, easy checkin/out. Fabulous home, interesting artwork, beds were very comfortable! Only problem was we weren't there long enough to enjoy the house more!!

Beautiful home. Great communication by the host. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the needed dishes, cooking utensils etc, which was appreciated. The hot tub wasn't warm when we arrived but we were able to communicate with the host to fix it.
