Just a stones-throw away from all the fun and excitement of the downtown square. The best restaurants, cafe's, coffee shops, clothing boutiques and movie theatre are all just outside your front door! Conveniently, we are just blocks from grocery, parks, live theatre, live music, hiking and biking trails and the Outdoor Art Club (Weddings) Our bright studio is nestled behind adorable shops, 2 apartments and features hardwood floors, a spacious kitchen, built-in laundry, and a sparkling bathtub. Note: We have a Minimum Age Requirement for all guests of 21 years of age.

The perfect location....walking to almost anywhere downtown mill Valley...the only issue was the last night ...the upstairs apartment was rented with small children...they were up at 4am running al over the place it sounded like they were playing football.... just glad it was only the last night...

Best place in Mill Valley. Stay in comfort and close to everything. Great shops, galleries, movie theatre, restaurants and fabulous hiking trails. Easy to get to Sausalito and ferry to city.

Mill Valley getaway.

Great location, very clean, well appointed and Gary was extremely responsive to all inquiries. Would have given this a 5 except for the noise from the apartment above. However, everything else about this place was excellent.

Perfect For a Getaway!

The apartment was exactly as pictured. It was an absolutely perfect homebase for our visit to the San Francisco area. A short driving distance to the city, Point Reyes National Seashore, Napa, and very close to Muir Woods. Plenty of barn restaurant choices, all within walking distance. And a very safe location!

Located in easy walking distance to some much in Mill, Valley. Street parking is not to hard to find a couple blocks away. You can hear the tenants upstairs walking about but earplugs can fix that. Gary is helpful, and the place is beautiful. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

5 Star Rental

Upon arriving, first off excellent downtown location. Right out your door are blocks of shops, restaurants, grocery and services of all variety. Stepping into the unit, it was just Lovely! Very open, and inviting floor plan. From a weekend stay to a month or more, this unit will serve the purpose. Having to park off property was not really an issue with overnight parking in the bank lot next door and 4 hour parking in the area. Attention to detail from fresh flowers, coffee, creamer, water and a cake upon arrival! All necessary kitchen, bath and laundry items were available for our use. Excellent communication from host Gary, with welcome instructions and anything you might need in between. One note for TV watchers, this unit does not have a TV, but the internet is fast and reliable for watching on a i pad or computer. Note: There is a step down into the unit and a step up into the bathroom. A handle is provided at each location to help with these steps. Thanks Again, Gary for a lovely stay.

Can’t beat the location!

Lovely roomy studio, well laid out and easy to live in. Gary, the host is wonderful! Full kitchen made it easy to have a meal here and there during our stay. Loved walking to dinner or shop in downtown with ease!

Great Mill Valley Stay

The apartment is in a central downtown location with a shared patio in back for relaxing. The decor was lovely, bed comfortable and stocked with everything you would need while away from home. Communication from owner was great. Highly recommend!

San Francisco Trip

Property was clean and convenient to downtown Mill Valley. Host was very prompt on getting back to me with any questions I had. Although there is no parking on the property itself, we had no issues finding parking nearby either on the street or in the bank next door. It’s just a short drive into San Francisco and surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend.
