This is not a good hotel for US tourist.Hotel is 30 min away from center of Milan so you can only access by a taxi.You can get to a metro by bus but you need to download app and buy tickets online, which front desk lady didn’t have a clue about how it looks like. One day we took taxi to Milan center (81 Euros), next day we took taxi to the Metro ( 30 Euros), then took metro to Duomo. Visually hotel appears very nice,modern but rooms are small. We had executive room double but not sure was called executive.Small window in the middle of the wall creates dark room.There is only one plug on one side of the bed, and other plug by TV to connect your phone. It is an issue when 2 people need to charge the phone for the night.No shelves in the bathroom to put even bag with cosmetics.Only one soap. Also many switches for different lights in the room and for the bathroom .They are confusing( we had to press constantly to find the right switch for right area).Confusing room key that apparently created confusion reflecting red light outside the door ( meant we didn’t want clean room) . We didn’t know so despite telling front desk, our room was not cleaned,towels not changed. Found also piece of glass in the jelly during breakfast ,biting on it but overall good breakfast. Also pool opens late, at 10 am , closes 8pm but it is nice. Beds are twin size but comfortable.TV has few English channels including CNN. I requested hotel bill when leaving and was told to access in account (?).
