A bright 135-square-meter apartment located on the fourth floor (with an elevator NOT accessible to people with disabilities) in the elegant Risorgimento neighborhood, just a short walk from Corso Buenos Aires and the famous Quadrilatero della Moda. Well-served by public transportation, this location is the perfect choice for any type of stay, whether for leisure or business. The apartment is comfortable and spacious, with three bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people.

- SINGLE BEDROOM 2 with: single bed, closet, split A/C, access to BATHROOM 1 (with toilet, shower stall, bidet, sink);

OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, split-system air conditioning, central heating with radiators and split units, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, clothesline.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
