A neighborhood bustling with young people and students during the day, it is quieter in the evening and well-served by supermarkets.

The 52-square-meter apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator (NOT accessible to people with disabilities).



The space is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, TV, and split-system A/C;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, and split-system A/C;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: washing machine, unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and split-system air conditioning (ONLY in the living room and bedroom), hair dryer, clothesline, and iron.

The Niguarda neighborhood revolves around the excellence of Niguarda Hospital and the redevelopment of the area following the opening of the Affori Centro station on the yellow M3 line, just 500 meters from the house, which leads directly to Piazza Duomo!
