65 square meters apartment, very comfortable for both families and couples or couples of friends. Excellent position to move easily by public transport. The apartment is located in a quiet building in a residential area near Navigli district and a few minutes by tram from the city centre. Tram stop just in front of the house and the metro station is just 300 meters away. Supermarkets, bars, neighborhood shops and restaurants within walking distance of the house.

The apartment has a double bedroom, a living room / second bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with tub shower.

You can access the apartment easily via SELF CHECK-IN. Just enter the code and take the keys.

The apartment is on the fourth floor with a lift. The internal view, as well as excellent insulating windows, guarantee tranquility.

Featuring two double beds in different rooms, it is decorated with artwork and books for the best experience. We would like guests to feel at home!

The powerful WI-FI with fiber optic internet connection allows you to use it to work or watch streaming videos without any problem.

The kitchen is fully equipped with both dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, as well as oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, mixer, boiler, coffee machine.

Satisfactory Plus

The apartment was as it was advertised. It was clean and pleasantly appointed. Having the tram just in front of the property was so convenient, 15 minutes to the Duomo. All of the staff were pleasant, and efficient. Having a lift to get us and our luggage up snd down from the 4th floor was great. Marco was so accommodating in every way, he was also available to pick us up and dropped us off at the airport. I would gladly book this apartment again.

A fine apartment with great host/contact, but less convenient

Marco was very thoughtful, helpful, and responsive. He answered questions quickly, and he provided excellent instructions for getting there and getting in. He even offered a ride from the airport, which I now wish we’d taken. We found the location to be too far from the things we wanted to see and do, but that could be beneficial to anyone not wanting to be right in the tourist areas. Once we got there, though, the apartment had everything we needed (including air conditioning on a sweltering September night!). The main bedroom was bright and spacious, and the small one was neat and more private for anyone sharing with friends. The kitchen and bath had everything we needed. Overall, it was a good experience. If it had been closer to the interesting part of the city, we would have gotten more from our short visit.

Great location. Nice big apartment.

The apartment was large and great for our family of 4. The apartment was very clean and had everything we need. The beds were comfortable. The shower was good. The wifi speed was great. Parking was a little difficult and we had to pay from 8am to 1pm each day. The apartment was very close to the tram and metro to get into Milan centre. We would certainly stay her again and recommend to others.

Perfect all round

From start to finish I can't fault the experience. They apartment was clean and in the area we needed. There was useful information left for us. Check in and out went without a hitch and any queries we had were immediately answered. Will definitely recommend this property
