"Abbiamo soggiornato 10 gg a inizio giugno, la location è pulita, familiare, silenziosa, rilassante. La Villa si trova a Kolios, su una collina, a 100 metri dalla strada principale, il che ci ha permesso di stare fuori dal caos ma con possibilità di rapidi spostamenti nell’isola. C’è sempre posto per parcheggiare l’automobile nel giardino o appena fuori. "This hotel is perfect. Lovely big rooms with balconies...seats and sun loungers for each balcony. A gorgeous pool area...more sun loungers. But..best of all...the food and wine. A home cooked breakfast...always different each day..superb. Snacks and light bites through the day and as the sun sets over the pool...you sit in or out and enjoy a gourmet dinner worth a Michelin star if not two. The staff are so friendly and happy which makes the guests relax. I didnt want to leave here."

"Loved the apartment, it was clean, smelt fresh, great bed & bedding. Fantastic staff who were available 24hrs if needed. My only recommendation, is remember your USB socket, I forgot mine! There were no usb plugs in the apartment, I stayed in and not available when I asked. That was on me for forgetting, although feel its worth a mention. My visit was faultless and have no hesitation in booking again. Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊 "

"Overall, a very good stay in a lovely hotel with amazing staff and lovely views. Pro's; Very cheap hotel and what is on offer greatly outweighs the price. The staff are incredible, anything that was requested was adhered to and offered everything they could to help. A lovely pool and jacuzzi available at all times. Lovely views. "Lovely hotel, well maintained. We had a family room with private pool which gave us lots of space. Views stunning. Breakfast delicious and varied. Very close to the bus route to the town and beaches. Down side would be lack of pavements down to the shops but road was pretty quiet. Loads of restaurant options near by. Very easy as gratefully the locals spoke fluent English!"

"I cannot recommend this place enough. I came with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday and we got a room on the top floor that was brand new and had a spectacular view with the town of Skiathos being visible and also the mountain side. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, especially both Katarina’s and Kelly, who are the ladies you encounter the most. Every surface seemed to be cleaned daily so the whole place looked spotless and new. They even mop the floors outside....

"Close to bus stops and restaurants. Comfortable, quiet accommodation & setting. Kitchenette was great to have. My only negative is that the pool bar was never open which was a shame as we would’ve frequented that too. "
