The apartment has a spacious living room with open kitchen that is fully equipped. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200) and a connecting bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 separate box springs (90x200), which can also be pushed together to make a king-size bed and this bedroom also has its own bathroom. From the spacious terrace with luxurious lounge set and dining area you can enjoy the great view over the valley and the golf courses.
La Cala Resort
The apartment is located on the La Cala Resort, a golfing mecca in the heart of the Costa del Sol, nestled at the foot of the Sierra de Mijas just a 25-minute drive from Malaga airport. It has three 18-hole golf courses, a driving range with golf academy, a leading Hydrotherapy Health Spa, four restaurants, several bars, tennis courts, padel courts and a riding school.

The apartment is located close to the warm Mediterranean Sea, there is almost never frost during the very mild winters and rarely there is extreme heat in the dry summers. The average temperature between November and April is around 19°C and between May and October around 28°C. With less than 600mm of rainfall, which mainly falls between November and March, you can expect around 320 days of sunshine per year. The Sierra Blanca mountains protect Mijas from the worst weather and extreme elements.
